We endeavour to hold every item listed to ensure timely delivery. However, from time to time, we regret that items do go out of stock. When this happens we will contact you to discuss the options available and confirm your preference of...

1. waiting for stock renewal
2. replacement with a comparable product (paying any difference in price)
3. removal of the item from the order

We will not ship a replacement product without your knowledge or agreement.

Delivery Policy

As a courtesy we will always call you to confirm the details and expected delivery timescales for your order. Typically, all orders placed for stocked items will be dispatched to you via insured courier within 3-5 working days.
